Due to a technical issue on our platform, we're facing an ongoing several hour delay in generating PAR/SDR report files scheduled beginning September 24, 2024. The root cause of this issue stems from a previously communicated migration to a new version of report generation. This issue only impacts merchant accounts in which the country code is flagged as BR (Brazilian merchant accounts). Our engineering teams are actively engaged and working toward resolution. We expect the PAR/SDR report generation delay to last until mid-next week, after we’ve completed rolling out a patch to resolve the issue.
